Watermark of the Mode Winery is a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC still white wine in Romangia, Sardinia and made only from Vermentino grapes.

Vermentino grapes are harvested and all vineyard work is done by hand. Harvesting is done in the morning to preserve the quality of the grapes, usually during the month of August the grapes are placed in small baskets and then transported to the winery where crushing and soft pressing take place.

In the winery, the fermentation process is strictly temperature-controlled, aging on the lees for three to four weeks. Filigrana is aged for an additional 12 months in steel and 6 months in bottle before release.

Vermentino di Sardegna Filigrana from the Vini Mode winery reveals a straw-yellow color to the eye, with golden highlights.

Intense on the nose, it gives fruity notes of white flesh peach. In the mouth, it has delicate acidity, savory, elegant and harmonious.

On the table an excellent companion for seafood and land appetizers, seafood pasta dishes, soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.

It is recommended to taste at a temperature of 12-13 °C.

Produced in very limited quantities: 2022 vintage, only 1500 bottles.
