is an exceptional expression of the territory of southern Sardinia, produced in the area of Castiadas and Costa Rei from pure Cannonau grapes.

SO CHIC! wine is the result of careful selection of the best plots in the area and winery processing to create an original and elegant wine. The climate of southeastern Sardinia allows for very fragrant grapes with intense aromas. Cannonau ‘s aromas of small berries create a wonderful rosé experience. After the harvest, gentle pressing and brief skin contact are carried out. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Next, SO CHIC ! matures for several months in steel tanks before being ready to be poured into your glass.

SO CHIC! reveals a pale pink color to the eye, and the nose gives notes of white flowers, red fruits and strawberries. The palate is suave, fine and sweet, with aromas of cherry and wild strawberry.

In the Sardinia you often have to choose between a red wine to go with the meat and a white wine to accompany fish, however during the summer months, when the sun is hot and people are eating outside or in a Beach Club, a light and fresh rosé is an ideal choice. The distinctive pink-colored cap is made of micro-agglomerated cork and food-grade rosé paint.
