From the passion and professionalism acquired over the years, in 2005 the Filigheddu Company was born, extending its rows of vines in the territory of the municipality of Arzachena, loc. Caldosa. Winemaking | Each variety is vinified separately. After gentle destemming, selected yeasts are added and fermentation of the must in contact with the skins at 22 °C begins, lasting until the sugars are completely consumed. Three pumpings per day are then carried out for about 15 days. The skins are then separated from the must by soft pressing and racking into a different steel container. Malolactic fermentation takes place here, after which the three wines are blended and the final blend is composed |
