The birth of Faragò Estates is the result of a dream shared by three young friends, who decided to turn this idea into a concrete project in the heart of one of Sardinia's most vocated wine-growing areas.
The Estates cover an area of about nine hectares, about six of which are planted with vines, and are characterized by a vision and well-defined supporting pillars from the outset.
Faragò Estates focuses on the use of only indigenous grape varieties to bring out the typicality of the area to the fullest. In addition, only grapes from the estate vineyards are used to make the wines to ensure their quality and uniqueness.
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, using crates to preserve the delicacy of the grapes. In the winery, the latest technologies are used to ensure the quality of the wine, which is vinified and aged using three "elements": steel, wood and ceramic, to give the wine a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
For Faragò Estates, quality is a primary goal and is never put on the back burner; on the contrary, the highest possible territorial expression is always aimed for. Environmental sustainability is another central concern, so much so that every effort is made to preserve the ecosystem and respect the environment.
