‘Mbivi ‘Mbivi white is a white wine made from pure Vermentino grapes, produced by the winery Sorace Wines of Bortigiadas.

Vermentino grapes are born in the territory of Anglona in the vineyards located about 200 meters from the sea. Harvest usually takes place in the second half of August, with a cold maceration of 8 to 12 hours and natural fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

‘Mbivi ‘Mbivi white presents a gstraw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it expresses hints of white flowers and exotic fruits. On the palate it is fresh and mineral.

Aperitif Vermentino excellent with seafood and shellfish.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 10 °C.
