The vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming methods, with different forms of farming, on soils ranging from clay to sandstone to crumbling trachyte. Maximum yields are between 60 and 70 quintals per hectare.
The high temperature range and good soil type give the wine a particularly recognizable bouquet.
