Production | Infusion of Sardinian wild juniper berries for 30 days together with botanicals in grain alcohol. Subsequent slow artisanal distillation using a discontinuous method for about 10 hours in a steam boiler and copper pot still. Matured in old chestnut barrels for 12 months. |
