Giuliana Puligheddu is a family-run farm located on the slopes of Mount Corrasi in the village of Olienain Sardinia.

A few years ago, Giuliana decided to pick up the family tradition and continue raising Cannonau vines and olive trees of the "Nera di Oliena" cultivar. Thus was born the company's first product Organic EVO Oil "Ghermanu."

One day, the golden eagle, which overlooks these valleys from above, drew a red line and set its eyes on a pristine forest where Giuliana Puligheddu decided to plant a vineyard cultivated only with Cannonau grapes.

Here, at Jacu Piu at the foot of Mount Ortobene, Cupanera, Giuliana Puligheddu's Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Organic was born.

The idea is to produce a wine that encloses within the bottle the aromas of the territory, as it results in its current appearance given by the actions of nature and the work of man, with a deep respect for local peasant history, the Cannonau grape variety and the environment.

Produce a wine that is recognizable as Cannonau in terms of color, aroma, structure and balance. And in that spirit, let you immerse yourself in this corner of Sardinia, wishing you "Salude" for a toast with your friends.

The Cupanera vineyard

The Cupanera vineyard has an area of three hectares, located at the foot of Mount Jacu Piu, in the Nuoro countryside, on granitic disintegration soil.

Planted between 2005 and 2008, it was grafted with scions from a mass selection of cannonau from old vines in the surrounding area with a low production in order to maintain the quality of 35 quintals per hectare.
