Cantigos is a still red wine Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, made only from Cannonau grapes, produced in Sardinia by the Pisoni Cellars of Usini

Cannonau grapes are grown in young vineyardstrained by spurred cordon and with a maximum yield of 50-60 quintals per hectare.

In the cellar: delestage and temperature-controlled fermentation so as to preserve the typical aromas of the variety.

Cannonau Cantigos, is a wine with a beautiful color. deep ruby red. The nose immediately expresses the notes of pulpy red fruit typical of the Cannonau variety in the finish gives a spice of fair amplitude and very fine tends to enhance the aromatic set of the product.

In the mouth it reveals itself to be a Cannonau with remarkable acid backbone, rightly tannic, overall well balanced. Fruity and spicy notes reappear to complement the sensations perceived on the nose.

It pairs perfectly with first courses of great earthy cuisine, grilled or barbecued red meats and semi-mature cheeses.

It is recommended to taste at a temperature between 15 and 18 °C.
