Antigori, Sardinian for "place of ancient things," is the name of one of the most important nuraghi in Sardinia, whose construction dates back to the second millennium B.C. and is only a few hundred meters from Baccalamanza in Capoterra, the company's headquarters. The Antigori estate covers more than 190 hectares, 13.5 of which are planted with vines, among the slopes that lead from the mountains down to the sea in the area that was formerly called Su Spantu, Sardinian for "awe," because of its beauty.
