Founder is a Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from 100% premium aromatic white grapes, produced by the Trexenta Winery of Senorbì.

The vineyards originate on hilly terrain with calcareous clay soil, with a spurred cordon training and pruning system with an average planting density of 5,000 vineyards and a production of about 85 quintals per hectare.

Fondatore Spumante Brut Metodo Classico is bright yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the nose it is intense, persistent and fragrant, and on the palate it gives a fine sensation because of its pleasant dry taste.

A sparkling wine for the whole meal, at the table it perfectly accompanies fish, roasts and shellfish.

Taste with a Fluttino with thin stem and elongated shape at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
