Parèda Mandrolisai DOC Rosato from the Meana Terra del Mandrolisai Winery is a high-quality rosé wine that carries with it the typicality and excellence of the Mandrolisai appellation. Classified as a D.O.C. (Denominazione di Origine Controllata), this wine represents an authentic expression of the native grape varieties grown in the Mandrolisai region of Sardinia.

The blend of Parèda Mandrolisai DOC Rosato includes at least 35% Bovale Sardo, 20% to 35% Cannonau and 20% to 35% Monica. The grapes come from vineyards located in the Mandrolisai district, at an altitude between 600 and 700 meters above sea level.

The vines of Parèda Mandrolisai DOC Rosato are bush-trained on shale soils. The plants have an average production of 30 quintals per hectare, with a maximum of 1 kg of grapes per plant. Their age ranges from 50 to 80 years, which gives the wine character and complexity.

Grapes are harvested by hand, with careful selection of the bunches at harvest. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and a 56-hour pellicular maceration is carried out. Next, the flower must is separated from the skins and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C in order to preserve the fruity flavors and aromas.

Parèda Mandrolisai DOC Rosato is aged for 4 months in stainless steel to promote natural decanting and then rests in bottle for at least 1 month.

The color of this wine is a bright pink, inviting and seductive. Its aroma is intense and persistent, characterized by pleasant notes of cherries and raspberry.
