Iddocca is a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC rosé wine made from Cannonau grapes produced by the Genna Manna winery in Laconi, Sardinia.

Iddocca Rosato Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, is bright pink to the eye. The nose has an important aromatic intensity, developing listed hints of red fruit, such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry.

Lively and balanced in its savoury and full-bodied character, fresh and velvety.

Excellent as an aperitif where it can perfectly accompany platters of cold meats and cheeses, at the table it goes well with first or second courses of fish or white meat.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
