100 Kent’Annos Rosso is a Sardinian Mandrolisai DOC still red wine made from a blend of Bovale Sardo, Monica and Cannonau grapes, produced by the Cantina del Mandrolisai di Sorgono in Sardinia.

The grapes are grown in vineyards located on medium, high hills on soil of a particular constitution, granite disintegration.

The grape harvest is traditionally carried out during the first ten days of October.

In the cellar maceration for a period of 8-10 days with submerged cap and maturation in stainless steel containers.

100 Kent’Annos Rosso is a deep ruby red wine with an intense, fruity bouquet.

In the mouth, it is dry, warm, full and well structured.

On the table, it perfectly accompanies red meat, game, roast meat, and mature Pecorino Sardo PDO cheese.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
