The Crabì is a still red wine DOC Carignano del Sulcis, made 100% from Carignano grapes by the Alessio Atzeni Agricultural Company.

The grapes come from vineyards located in Santadì, in the lower Sulcis region of southwestern Sardinia, in the picturesque “Crabì” area. They are grown on a sun-kissed hillside, caressed by the wind, where the Carignano DOC grapes grow in purity, giving life to a unique wine.

Crabì Carignano is the result of careful manual harvesting, with scrupulous selection of the finest grape clusters, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.

The aging process takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle to refine its distinctive character.

The Crabì Carignano del Sulcis DOC from the Alessio Atzeni Agricultural Company presents itself with an intense ruby red color and an aromatic bouquet that evokes myrtle, red fruits, and spicy notes.

Its full-bodied and enveloping taste offers a persistent finish that delights the senses.
