Papilio from Altea Illotto winery in Serdiana is a Sibiola IGT still white wine made from 90% Nuragus and 10% Nasco grapes

Nuragus and Nasco grapes, are grown in the Serdiana area in a 50-year-old vineyard, the harvest usually takes place around mid-August with a yield per hectare of 30 quintals.

In the cellar, the fermentation process is initiated spontaneously, through indigenous yeasts. Maceration for 24 hours and aging in ceramic barrels.

Papilio Sibiola IGT has an intense straw yellow color tending to golden. A wine with a very distinctive taste, because of its richness in tannins it can be described as a white disguised as a red. Slightly fizzy.

At the table it perfectly accompanies all Mediterranean dishes.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
