The idea for the Altea Illotto farm came from Maurizio Altea and Adele Illotto, agronomists and wine and extra virgin olive oil tasters, with the aim of producing high-quality products using organic farming practices. The company's vineyards are located in the hills of southern Sardinia, in Serdiana (CA), while the olive trees are grown in the west-central town of Seneghe (OR).Altea Illotto
